Published 27/02/24It is with great sadness that the school received the following very sad news yesterday:
Yasmin Iqbal, a member of staff at Yew Tree Community School, has sadly passed away.
Yasmin had worked at Yew Tree for around 20 years.
She was passionate about Yew Tree and the life chances of our children.
Yasmin also spent half a year working as a teacher at City Road.
She will be forever missed by her colleagues at both schools.
